  • The Culture Code is one of the best books about work environments. The author uses a three-pronged approach:build safety, share vulnerability, and establish purpose. Coyle outlines strategies that inspire camaraderie, personal growth, and positive change. The Culture Code teaches readers how to fix harmful cultures and form workplace communities that encourage employees to thrive.

Addictive Habits:           Changing for Good

 ~ David R. Dunham

Twelve Ordinary Men

~ John MacArthur
